Q: How are Oemi products shipped?

A: All of our North American shipments are handled by UPS.  International shipments are handled by Canada Post although special arrangements can be made by contacting us directly at customerservice@oemibaby.com.

Q: How do I track my order?

A: You will receive an email once you place the order and another one once it has shipped.  Feel free to contact us at customerservice@oemibaby.com if you need more information and we will be happy to help you personally with it.

Q: Where do we ship to?

A: We can ship anywhere in the world.  If you would like your order shipped outside of North America you can use Canada Post through our checkout process or contact us directly for special arrangements.

Q: What are the charges for shipping and handling?

A: Shipping charges depend on where the product is being shipped.  You will see the shipping charges before you check out so there are no surprises.

Q: How do I change or cancel my order?

A: Send an email at customerservice@oemibaby.com please have your order number ready (if sending an email please include it in the subject line)or call us at 1 855 233 OEMI and if your order has not shipped we would be happy to make any changes you would like!

 Q : Why do I need an account

A: When you create an account and save your information you are able to check out faster, review past orders details, get the latest on new arrivals. Your information is NEVER shared with any other party.

Q: I received a gift that is the wrong size or colour?

A: We would be more than happy to provide you with a merchandise exchange simply email us at customerservice@oemibaby.com and we will be happy to help.

Q: What if items do not fit?

A: Simply send your items back and we would be happy to exchange your item for the proper size.  Send us an email or call us to let us know what sizes you would like in exchange.

Q: How do I treat my leather diaper bag?

A: Use gentle leather conditioner and cleaners – our bag is meant to be used and looks better with age but proper up keep is always a great way to ensure your bag looks great for years to come.

Q: My leather bag had marks and creases in the leather?

A: Our diaper bags are made from distressed leather and the imperfections are intentional and part of the look and design of the bag.
